At Hickory Grove Christian School, worship is at the heart of our community. Each month, HG students, faculty, and pastors from Hickory Grove Baptist Church come together for a powerful time of worship, uniting as one body of believers. These monthly chapel services are a vital part of our school’s spiritual life, divided into Elementary Chapel and Middle & High School Chapel to meet the unique needs of each age group.
A Unified Worship Experience
The worship service begins with a dynamic collaboration of musicians and singers from both Hickory Grove Baptist Church and our school. This partnership combines the talents of the church's and school's praise bands, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere that sets the tone for the entire service.
Connecting Classroom Faith to Community Worship
Chapel is more than just a service; it’s an extension of the daily biblical truths taught in our classrooms. The lessons, prayers, and personal worship experiences of our students and teachers are brought together, reinforcing their faith in a communal setting. Chapel is not confined to the school and church community; it reaches far beyond our doors. We warmly invite parents, family members, and the extended community to join us in person for these special services. For those who cannot attend in person, we offer online access to ensure that everyone can participate in this meaningful time of worship.
