To Know Christ and To Make Him Known
At HGCS, every gift fuels more than programs—it advances our mission of equipping students to know Christ and make Him known. Your generosity strengthens the spiritual foundation, academic excellence, creative expression, and competitive spirit that shape our students into Christ-centered leaders.
Click through the giving opportunities below to discover how your support can impact specific areas of ministry and student life. Whether your heart is for academics, the arts, athletics, scholarships, or booster programs, every gift helps advance God's work at Hickory Grove Christian School.
When you give, you invest in lives being transformed for God's glory.
Empowering excellence in Christ-centered education
Academic giving enhances curriculum development, classroom technology, faculty training, and innovative learning experiences. These gifts equip teachers and empower students to pursue truth with wisdom, integrity, and a Biblical worldview.
Your support strengthens classrooms, invests in teachers, and ensures students are equipped to lead with knowledge grounded in faith.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” — Proverbs 9:10
Cultivating creativity for the glory of God
Giving to the Arts supports visual arts, music, theater, and creative programs that help students discover and develop their God-given gifts. Donations provide instruments, art supplies, costumes, staging, and performance opportunities that build both skill and confidence.
Your generosity allows students to express their faith through creativity — equipping them with the tools and opportunities to pursue excellence in the arts.
“Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy.” — Psalm 33:3
Building character through competition
Athletic giving supports team equipment, uniforms, facilities, training resources, and program development. Through competition, students learn discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and leadership while representing Christ on and off the field.
Your gift helps student-athletes compete with excellence and integrity — developing character that lasts far beyond the final whistle.
“I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13
Opening doors to Christ-centered education
The Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to families who desire a Christ-centered education for their children at HGCS. These gifts make it possible for students to learn, grow, and thrive in an environment rooted in Biblical truth, academic excellence, and spiritual formation. Scholarship giving ensures that financial circumstances do not prevent students from experiencing the life-changing impact of an HGCS education.
Your gift to the Scholarship Fund directly impacts a student’s future — helping provide access to faith-based education, nurturing mentorship, and opportunities that shape both character and calling. You are not simply funding tuition; you are investing in a life prepared to know Christ and make Him known.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them.” — Matthew 19:14
Strengthening the student experience across campus
Booster giving supports the heartbeat of school life. These gifts fund campus improvements, program enhancements, student activities, and essential resources that enrich the overall HGCS experience. From special events to classroom needs, Boosters help create an environment where students can grow spiritually, academically, and socially.
Your gift to Boosters strengthens every corner of campus life — equipping programs, enhancing student experiences, and ensuring HGCS remains a place where students thrive.
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” — Colossians 3:23
